In my column last week, I reported that the big man fish in the Co-ed Bass Fishing Derby was reeled in by Curtis Hokum weighing in at 3.3 lbs. It should have read Yvan Laback, who reeled it in at 3.3 lbs. I apologize for the error.

Belated birthday wishes are extended to Gerald Dempsey, who celebrated his birthday on Sept. 12. We hope you enjoyed your special day Gerald.

Belated birthday wishes are extended to Roger Beaubien, who celebrated his birthday on Sept. 13.

Warm anniversary wishes are extended to: Laurina and Gerald Dempsey who celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on Sept. 14, to Linda and Les Carroll who celebrated their 36th wedding anniversary on Sept. 14 and to Susan and Charlie Ethier, who are celebrating their 48th wedding anniversary today. May you share many more years of God’s richest blessings.
