Young gingerbread architects get busy building houses

On Thursday evening, children across Pontiac got the chance to . . .

design and build their own gingerbread houses. A group in Shawville, organized by the Parent’s Voice, had 30 children registered according to organizer Melissa Soulière and took place at the Community Hall.

Up the road in Campbell’s Bay, the Litchfield Leisure Committee put on their event at St. John’s Elementary School.

The group from St. John’s Elementary gathered for a photo with their houses.
