Shawville Lions donate $5k to Curling Club

On Dec. 20, the Shawville Lions presented a cheque for $5,000 to the Shawville Curling Club, in light of the club’s issues with its ice plant, which has been out of commission since the start of the season. From left are, Lion and curling club board member Eric Smith, Lions treasurer Steve Sutton, Curling Club president Roger Younge and curling club board member Dalton Cluff.
