Dear Editor, 

I am a handicapped 92-year-old woman. Almost every time I go to the Royal Bank, I have a problem with the handicap spot. There is six inches of water or more inches of snow. I asked the bank but the municipality is responsible for this. Also, on the ramp to enter the bank there are cracks in the cement. Again, the bank doesn’t take any responsibility for this. 

I am in a wheelchair, 92 and angry. This has been for many years, no results yet and nobody is listening either.
