Warden Jane Toller has announced that she will be hosting a public forum to address the concerns surrounding Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) on April 26.

Toller’s forum is set to take place at the . . .

Knights of Columbus Hall in Fort-Coulonge, ahead of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission’s (CNSC) second public hearing on May 31.

In a phone interview, Toller said that she has invited the Pontiac’s mayors to the forum.

“We hope as many people as possible will attend.”

Toller plans to ask any mayors unable to attend the forum to declare themselves at Wednesday’s public meeting of the MRC Pontiac’s Council of Mayors.

“I’ve put it on the agenda and I’m going to ask each mayor to speak on it.”

More details and the forum’s exact time will be disclosed in an upcoming press release.
