On Wednesday Nov. 3 near Luskville on Hwy 148 a single car flipped, smashing onto the road. The MRC des Collines police said they got a call at 5:10 am. They do not have information on the driver who abandoned the vehicle and has not been located.
Police said witnesses reported that the vehical was traveling at high speed and that the car must have hit the median, lost control and flipped several times.
