Dominic D’Arcy, affectionately named Ottawa’s Singing Policeman, was known to many as being a gentle, musical and caring soul. Though he got his name out in Ottawa, D’Arcy was raised in Sheenboro and loved to visit and perform in the Pontiac whenever he got the chance. Photo submitted
