Kylah Ferrigan, 17, of Campbell’s Bay, received a certificate from Mayor Maurice Beauregard to recognize her involvement with The War Amps and for spreading important messages in the community. Kylah, born a partial right hand amputee, is a member of The War Amps Child Amputee (CHAMP) Program. She has been a junior counsellor to younger amputees at CHAMP seminars, exemplifying a positive approach to challenges.
