We sure got a good dumping of snow this past week. It is getting to the point that we do not know where to put it anymore.

A cheery hello is wished to our little neighbour Abbie Rochon who had surgery this past week. We hope that you feel better real soon Abbie.

My good friend Betty Grieve and her daughter, Mary-Beth Goyette have just returned from a two week stay in beautiful Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

On their second week, Betty got a real surprise, as her sister-in-law Susan Ethier, Susan’s daughter Tanya Kidd, granddaughter Olivia Wilson and Betty’s granddaughter Cassie Goyette flew down to celebrate Betty’s 70th birthday. They all had a wonderful time.

Warm birthday wishes are extended to Gerard Pharand who celebrated his birthday on Feb. 17. Birthday wishes and love are also extended to my sister-in-law Gail Perry, of Pembroke, Ont. who is celebrating her birthday today.

Happy birthday and anniversary to all those celebrating this week and a cheery hello to the sick and the shut-ins.
