Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with Lorna Conway (nee Mercier), family and friends of St. Joseph in the recent passing of her dearly loved husband Charles (Charlie) Conway.

On Thursday, the birthday club met at the Waltham Station. Diane McKnight and Cynthia Belaire were the birthday girls this month. Everyone enjoyed socializing, a tasty lunch and birthday cake.

If you are looking for some good entertainment this coming Saturday afternoon, the Celtic Gospel Group, Rhythm and Grace Music – Duketow will perform at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church, 90 Rue Principale, Waltham, Que. at 1:00 pm. Free will donations will be gratefully accepted. I took in their concert last year and it was excellent.

March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day, so don’t forget to wear your green and have a good week.
