Spring cleaning hits Bryson

Bria Frost was the youngest of the 15 or so volunteers who spent Saturday (May 2) picking up garbage in Bryson as part of the Bryson Revitalization Committee’s annual spring clean-up day. “People throw their garbage all over the place,” said organizer Lucienne La Salle, noting the cleanup effort recovered full bags of garbage and recycling that had been thrown into the ditch on ch. Wilson between Hwy. 148 and the bridge to L’île-du-Grand-Calumet. “That part, it’s always the dirtiest.” Photo: Submitted, Bryson Revitalization Committee.
