Emergency crews responded to a vehicle rollover just outside Shawville on March 9 that sent two people to hospital with minor injuries.

According to Sûreté du Québec Sgt. Marc Tessier, the accident occurred around 5 p.m. on Saturday on Chemin de Calumet Est near the intersection with Chemin Draper.

Tessier said the two occupants, a man and a woman, were taken to hospital with minor injuries. He added that the crash occurred at a curve in the road and that speed likely contributed to the accident.
