The Quebec 4-H is hosting a virtual one-day, three-hour leadership event for teens and pre-teens. The Virtual Leadership Day is going to be hosted on February 19 by Executive Director and lead facilitator, Jacqueline Morrison.

It is going to be broken up into three sessions where kids will learn about . . .

Franklin Covey’s ‘7-Habits of successful teens.’ Kids will get to discover their unique abilities and talents and the habits that will set them up for success.

“Not only will they learn the habits, but also learn how to apply habits and principles and those are things that they will use right away,” said Morrison.

The organizers of the event, 4H Quebec, is an organization focused on developing self-confidence, learning skills in communications, leadership, problem-solving and goal setting for youth aged six to 25.

“As a result of the program at 4H we do see that our youth are very self confident and they really learn how to solve problems. They do really great at goal setting, and the overall personal development that happens as a result of the programming,” she said.

Registrations are still open until February 10, for more information or if you wish to register your teen for the event call Jacqueline Morrison at 514-398-8738.
