Police seek suspects in burglary

The MRC des Collines Police is seeking information from the public regarding a home invasion that took place in Quyon on Dec. 20.

At approximately 5:45 p.m. that day, police say . . .

two men entered apartment #2 at 1069 rue de Clarendon and forcibly confined the tenant, a 69-year-old man, for several minutes before making off with lottery tickets and an undisclosed amount of cash. The victim was not injured.

Suspect number one is a white, French-speaking male who stands roughly 5 feet, 10 inches (178 cm) and weighs approximately 200 lbs. (90 kg). He was wearing a dark mask, a dark coat with a furry hood, jeans and light coloured sneakers.

Suspect number two is a white, French-speaking male who stands roughly 5 feet, 4 inches (162 cm) and weighs approximately 140 lbs (63 kg). He was also wearing a dark mask, a dark coat with a furry hood, jeans and light coloured sneakers.
