I’ve been noticing how circular and cyclical certain events in my life have been in recent years. I never thought I’d find myself sitting here in the office of The Equity again when I left almost 10 years ago to have spinal surgery, but here I am! I am so happy to be part of the team that brings you your weekly news once again. 

If someone were to ask me what I missed most about journalism while I was away, I’d say, “The people.” I am a people person and have always held my community ties close to my heart; I love to see it flourish and develop, I enjoy celebrating our successes, I am saddened by our tragedies and excited right alongside you when new prospects, opportunities and developments present themselves in our little corner of this world that we call home.

Chances are you’ll run into me somewhere and if you do, please take the time to say hello.  I’m looking forward to getting re-acquainted with the events that are important to, and have an impact on the lives of my fellow Pontiacers.
