On Jan. 22, three arrests were made by Gatineau Police in connection with a series of break-ins that . . .

took place in the Municipality of Pontiac. Two men and one woman were taken into custody and their dwelling was searched, which turned up some stolen property from four break and enters that took place in the MoP on Jan. 14.

According to police, one of the suspects accidently left their phone at the scene of one of the burglaries, which made their capture extremely simple. Police also said that the group targeted homes where no one was present at the time.
