Well, in a couple of days it will be the first day of summer and also soon strawberry picking time.
My little neighbour, Hailey Dorzek, came to visit me Sunday. She will be finished school this Monday and then she and her grandmother, Linda will be heading to Texas to visit Linda’s son. This little girl is turning into a fine young lady.

This will be the last week of my radiation treatment. I have only four left which makes me so happy. So far the only side effect is some fatigue so I’m lucky.
I can’t believe all this rain that we are getting.
My husband and I put up an above ground pool this past week and got the Kellys to fill it with water but with all this rain it is right to the top. It is so refreshing to get in the pool whenever it is so hot.
Soon I will be having my gall bladder removed by Dr. Fred. I will be glad to have that done with, then I will be able to eat whatever I like.
I hope everyone had a nice Father’s Day.
My little foal, Angel is turning into a nice little Morgan mare. I’m thinking about entering her in the fair but will see.
Wishing my friend Theresa a speedy recovery as well as all the other people battling cancer.
I talked to my sister Ruth and she has been having trouble with acid reflux. She saw a specialist so something will be happening in the next couple of months to see why she has this problem.
I’m also so glad to hear about the dialysis treatments going to be starting in Shawville Hospital. It is a little late for my mother but will help a lot of other people who have to travel to Hull three times a week. My mother would be so happy.
