On Sunday morning, at our Sunday mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church a Remembrance Day celebration took place. Larry Perry carried up the flag. Phil Perry read the poem In Flanders Fields and we sang our national anthem O Canada as our recessional hymn.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Richard Arthur William Brennan of Chapeau. He was the beloved husband of Jessica (nee Kelly). Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with his wife Jessica, children, family and friends at this difficult time.

Birthday wishes are extended to Phil Perry, who is celebrating his birthday on Nov. 19. We hope it is a good one Phil.
