‘Lots of energy to burn’ Bryson native to become new executive chef for the Supreme Court of Canada

Graduating from a culinary program in Fort-Coulonge, Yannick La Salle has been fortunate with work locally and internationally and says hes excited to be the new executive chef for the Supreme Court of Canada. Yannick La Salle hopes his new role will give him more time with his his wife Sara-Claude Romain and their newly born baby and hopes to share his love of creating fresh vibrant and bold food with people.
