Our thoughts and prayers for the Bretzlaff and St. Aubin families on the loss of Adèle at the age of 68. She was the wife of Glen. Adèle was the mother of Maxine and Melissa (Dave). She was the grandmother of Wallace and Harvey.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day which is being celebrated today to all our readers. St. Patrick’s Day or the Feast of St. Patrick, is a cultural and religious celebration held on March 17, the traditional death date of St. Patrick the foremost patron saint of Ireland.

In the liturgical year of some Christian denominations, Passion Sunday is the fifth Sunday of Lent, marking the beginning of the two-week period called Passiontide.

We are soon entering the Easter season.

Our weather has been beautiful and very spring-like. It has been marked with strong winds and it is cleaning a large portion of the snow.
