Tubing on the Black River is a wonderful leisure day for all ages. Four hours of total relaxation. I was lucky to go twice in the last two weeks. The first trip was with my sister Donna and Donnie and their kids but on Friday we did a senior float which has a bit more excitement. It was a great day with friends, Wayne and Lynneanne Storms, Paulette Demmons, Evelyn Sullivan, Betty Morris, Donat and myself.
Fort William was also very busy on the weekend and it was nice to see everyone respecting social distance and wearing their masks. Stop by if you haven’t been and check out the largest deck in West Quebec.
50/50 tickets in support of Residence Meilleur are now being sold. The draw will take place on Aug. 28.
