the Vaillancourt family and friends of Chapeau, Que. in the recent passing of Rhea Vaillancourt (nee Allard). She was the beloved wife of the late Jean Vaillancourt.

Larry and I were saddened to hear of the passing of John Stunt of Pembroke, Ont. He was the beloved husband of Marnie (nee Chishom). John was a native of St. Catherine’s, Ont. In 1981, he accepted the position as Superintendent of Education at the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board. In 1989, he was appointed Director of Education and held this position for 11 years. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this sad time.

A cheery hello is extended to Jeannette Gagnon, who is presently in the Shawville Community Hospital. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Jeannette for a speedy recovery.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of long time resident Donald Reid. He was the beloved husband of the late Loretta (nee Gallagher) Durocher and by previous marriage to the late Constance Simpson. Don was a hard working man and had a pleasant disposition. His greatest joy was his children and grandchildren. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this sad time.
