Emergency crews were called to the Valu-mart plaza in Shawville on Tuesday after an elderly woman drove her SUV into the front window of the La Barber Shop/Your Barberette Julie Bennett. The owner of the shop, who was sitting outside when the accident occurred, said that thankfully no one was inside at the time of the crash. The driver of the vehicle was assessed by paramedics at the scene.
