Peewee A Lions finish regular season

Peewee A Lions.

The Lions finished their regular season this week with a 3 and 1 record in their last four outings.

On Thursday . . .

evening, they played in Aylmer, Que. against the Vikings coming home with a 2 to 1 victory. Liam Queale scored both goals unassisted.

On Saturday, in Shawville they defeated the Aylmer Iceberg 1-0. Liam Queale had the lone marker unassisted.

On Sunday morning, they played the Gatineau Voyageur in Shawville losing 5-1. Paige Dubeau scored assisted by Grayson Kilroy.

On Sunday afternoon, they travelled to Gatineau for their last game of the regular season once again against the Voyageur.

This time the Lions came out fast and furious taking the game 4-3. Liam Queale led the way with a four goal effort with Vincent Gilbert getting two assists. Grayson Kilroy with one and Goalie Jaxon Armstrong getting one.

The Lions play next weekend at the Sensplex in Ottawa in a tournament.

The Lions are coached by Matthew Queale with Steve Ruesenstrom, Mike Kilroy and Frances Gilbert as assistants. Jim Oliviera stats and Melanie LeFebvre manager.

The team would like to thank the fans for their support and will see you in the playoffs.
