Elections Canada is still seeking between 10 and 15 workers for a variety of roles at the . . .

polls in the Pontiac region in the coming days.

Elections Canada representative Pierre Cadieux said that the positions, which vary from clerks, to returning officers to central poll supervisors, are paid for their time and are given training. They are needed in many areas in the region, from Luskville to Allumettes Island.

He added that they typically have around 950 workers throughout the entire riding, of which roughly 250 are stationed in the Pontiac region.

Those interested can contact recruitment officer Ghislaine Lacroix at 819 920-6997.
