The Pontiac Quad Club is seeking vendors for its upcoming outdoors show on April 14.
“It’s the first time we’re doing this,” explained club President Patrick Amyotte.
He said there are currently several ATV dealers planning to attend, along with people selling everything from essential oils to heavy machinery. Vendors will set up in the club’s garage and around the property at 1758 Hwy. 148 in Litchfield.
“It’s bring your own table, [there’s] no charge,” he said. “I’m hoping to get a mix of everything there.”
Chainsaw carver Kyle Bertrand will be doing live demonstrations and the Litchfield Leisure Committee will be putting on a barbeque to feed the masses that are expected to attend.
Amyotte said that the club typically attends other outdoors shows around the province, but travel and vendor fees can be expensive, which is why they decided to stay a little closer to home this year.
“We said, ‘This year, why don’t we do our own?’” he explained. “There’s not much stuff like this in the Pontiac really … It would be nice to bring people into our area, makes a little business for everybody, that’s what I’m looking at.”
Anyone seeking further information can contact Amyotte at 819 648 2627.
