The Equity

I listened to a couple explain how everything went wrong on a trip they had planned. This time though, they weren’t discouraged. Together they worked through each obstacle and came home realizing that fighting the problem and not each other makes for victory. A step in the right direction.

It is easy to carefully make plans and have them fall apart. Life does that. But, what we do next is vital. We can choose to become angry or upset, guaranteeing what we hoped for will be ruined. Or we can choose to ask the Lord for help. As a loving Father He calls us to become like a child, to listen and wait. He will bring direction in the quiet moments. New ideas, will have a chance to enter our mind and we will find not only answers, but joy and peace.
