Congratulations to Colleen McKenny and Stephane Pare on the arrival of their baby girl Maeve, born in March. She is a baby sister for Blaire. Wishing the family all the best with their sweet little girl.

Best wishes are extended to Natasha Fraser and Jamie Horlick, as they welcomed a baby boy on Apr. 18.

They named him Louis, and he is a little brother for Leo. Congratulations to the whole family.

Deepest sympathy to the Keon family on the passing of Regina Keon on Apr. 2 at the age of 87. Her funeral was held at St. Mary’s Church in Quyon on Apr. 25. Our thoughts and prayers are with Regina’s loved ones at this sad time.

This coming Saturday, May 3, we will be gathering to honour my aunt, Mona MacKechnie. Her Celebration of Life is being held at the Quyon Community Centre at 1 p.m., and all are welcome to join with her family and friends to remember a beautiful life well-lived. Looking forward to seeing all of Aunt Mona’s loved ones on Saturday, reminiscing and sharing memories of so many good times.
