I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends. I was grateful for two family feasts over the weekend, one on Saturday in Sand Point with my mom’s side of the family and another on Sunday in Chelsea with the Provost gang.
I also know many in our area enjoyed the Pontiac Country Fair at Luskville Falls hosted by the Municipality of Pontiac in collaboration with the NCC and Transcollines.

Visitors enjoyed the farmers market, equestrian demonstrations, animal presentations by The Keepers and much more. What a great weekend to remind ourselves of all we have to be thankful for.
Congratulations to Rob Fraser and Sarah Kavanagh who were recently engaged. Best wishes are also going out to Brandon MacKechnie and Meghan Morris who got engaged over Thanksgiving weekend. Wishing both of the happy couples all the best as they plan for their big days.
Many happy returns to Brandon Campbell and Montana Proulx who welcomed their first child last week. They are the thrilled parents of a baby boy named Jace. Best wishes to the whole family.
Sympathy is extended to the family of Kenneth Rivington who passed away on Oct. 6. Thoughts are with you at this sad time.
