Litchfield’s Crawford 90 and still going strong

Litchfield celebrated a classic on Sunday afternoon as Bobby Crawford turned 90 years old. The birthday boy spent an afternoon surrounded by family and friends at his home outside of Campbell’s Bay, receiving many gifts including this model of the Crawford Family Farm, made by a longtime friend. Party attendees got a rare treat in the form of a private violin concert from Crawford himself on a model Stradivarius he crafted himself. Litchfield mayor Colleen Larivière presented Crawford, a lifetime resident of Litchfield, with a plaque on the occasion of his 90th. Photo: K.C. Jordan
