Dear Editor,

I have been monitoring the goings on at the local media level as well as at all recent MRC meetings where I observed negative talk about the performance of our present Warden. To me this negative approach is not healthy and should not be a part of anyone’s influence at the upcoming election. Our warden was elected by people in 18 municipalities and she came in with 47% of the vote with 4 competitors. I expect more negativity in the last few days leading up to the Nov. 7 election. I ask that you ignore it and support Jane Toller to the fullest.

She has completed her four year term. From her accomplishments, she certainly deserves an opportunity to complete her already advanced projects. Don’t allow our MRC to return to where it was. I have worked with the two warden candidates at the MRC level and my choice is Jane Toller to keep things moving forward.

 In my opinion she is an honest, trustworthy and dependable person.
