The Equity

I began working on a 1,000 piece puzzle the other day. It was recommended to me but as I was turning over the pieces I thought, why am I doing this?

It has so many shades of green, gray and black and even the small bright part, which is a quilt, has dozens of the same colours of red, yellow and white. It feels a bit overwhelming.

Then it dawned on me, this is similar to life. Every day is like another piece of the puzzle. It’s hard to tell what to do sometimes, how certain parts fit into a life of faith and often the dark days feel as if they will never come together.

But, truth is, there is a master planner who is overseeing every step we make. One day the picture will be complete and He promises if we follow Him, the end result will be beautiful. Trust God.
