A woman from Gatineau was killed on the weekend after losing control of her ATV near the 12th Concession in Clarendon.
Police were called around 10:30 on the morning of Sept. 23 by a passerby on a mountain bike who reported a motionless woman to police.
The woman was transported from the scene to the Hull hospital with serious injuries.
68-year-old Gatineau resident Gisele Scott was pronounced dead at hospital.
The road was closed to allow collision investigators to comb the scene.
The ATV was travelling eastbound in a straight line and no brake marks were found.
The investigation will continue this week.
