On Thursday, we visited my sister Susan, her husband Brent and son Jesse Pilon in Casselman, Ont. Then we all drove down to Cornwall, Ont. to visit my sister Joyce and her husband Jim Quenneville. Our nephew Peter and brother Brian came over. We were so happy to be together. It was the first time since Christmas 2019. We sure had a lot of catching up to do.

Vernon Carroll celebrated his 75th birthday on July 14. Vernon, we hope that you enjoyed your day.

This past weekend, Paulette Pelletier, Connie Andrews, Marcel Ethier and Travis Burnie drove to Stoufville, Ont. to visit their uncle Elmer and cousin Blaine Burnie. 

I am very happy to say that Leonard Godin is home from the hospital. We wish you a speedy recovery Leonard.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Gayle (Lindsay) Wooldridge, of Pembroke, Ont. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Maxwell Wooldridge. Gayle and Max resided in Waltham for quite a few years. They had owned a bed and breakfast. Gayle was a lovely person with a great sense of humour. Larry and I have fond memories of the times we spent with Gayle and Max. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time. May you rest in peace Gayle.
