We were saddened to hear of the passing of Suzanne Marie Micheline Labine (nee Lair). She was the beloved wife of Robert Labine. Suzanne had a passion for life and it radiated through everything that she did. When we would meet Suzanne, she always had a lovely smile and was ready for a chat. She loved shopping, spending time with her granddaughters. Her kitchen was the heart of her home where she delighted in baking delicious treats. Our heartfelt sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with her husband Robert, family and friends at this difficult time.
On Saturday, Rhonda, Bella and I took in the Chapeau Christmas Market. They had vendors who displayed beautiful crafts and items for sale. There was also delicious baking and preserves for sale. It was a huge success and a good time to get some Christmas shopping done.
