Well, here we are already into August. I sure hope that everyone enjoyed a safe long weekend.
On Tuesday evening, a pig roast and community pot luck supper took place at Paul Ryan Park here in Waltham. It was to show appreciation for our local firefighters and bring neighbours together. It was a great opportunity for our community to share a meal. There was plenty of food and a beautiful cake. The entertainment was provided by Randa. Everyone enjoyed socializing and the meal. The firefighters were very appreciative.
