Moderna Vaccine

Moderna Vaccine

The Equity

Dear Editor,

In recent weeks, it was broadly advertised that those who were eligible for their second vaccine dose would be able to change existing appointments and indeed this was. . .

evident on the clicsante portal and started with age 80, etc.

As my scheduled appointment was for July 17 (a full 17 weeks after the first dose March 23) I tried to change it; I am 80.

Frustrated in my attempts without success, I called the number listed on the Clicsante site.

I was informed that it was not possible, as they have not yet received the vaccine. It is Moderna, which apparently, has yet to arrive.

The blame for the procurement of this vaccine rests solely on the shoulders of Justin Trudeau, and Canadians will do well to remember this when an election is called.

Incompetence personified.

A frustrated Canadian,

Sandra D Barber, Luskville, Que.
