Mary McDowell Wood was joined by friends and fellow poetry enthusiasts at the Shawville-Clarendon Library for a reading of her new book, Paper Trail, on Saturday morning. Adding anecdotes, explanations and dedications, she often gave background on her poems and their inspirations, which is a collection of her writings from over her lifetime.
