Bantam A Lions defeated the Aylmer Vikings 6-0 on March 11 in Shawville. Wyatt Durocher earned the shutout. Carson Rusenstom led the way with two goals and one assist. Harry-Lukas Hitz, Ethan Queale, Connor Gilpin and Willis Egan rounded out the scoring. Assists were two each by Hunter-Lukas Hitz and Dakota Hudson and one each by Bryan Tubman and Graham Beattie.
The next series is best two out of three. First game is March 17 at 4 p.m. Wear your green and come out and cheer the team on.
March 18 they meet in Aylmer at 5:45 p.m. Then, if necessary, game three is March 20 at 7 pm in Shawville.
