The Equity

I was away from home, staying at a motel for a wedding. Sitting outside at a picnic table, I looked up and there was a mother bird with food in her mouth. Up came two little heads and she fed them, then waited. I wondered but soon saw why. The wind was cold. She nestled down over her little ones to keep them warm and secure.

That’s a picture of how our Heavenly Father cares about us. He knows when our heart is broken, when we need a loving hand. He reaches in to fill a need, sometimes in a supernatural way, but often He uses us. We are His hands and feet.
