Golden Age Club gets seniors’ funding boost

Pontiac MP Will Amos was on hand at the Bryson Golden Age Club to announce $8,643 in new funding for the club. The Golden Age Club plans to purchase tables, chairs, electronics, bingo equipment, a new refrigerator and a coffee maker. The funding is part of the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP) which aims to support seniors’ volunteerism and encouraging them to play active roles in their communities.
