I had too much food left over after our Thanksgiving dinner this year. Too much food? In a world where some people are starving, how is that possible? It got me thinking. I need to do things differently.  Send some of the money I spend on a turkey to a mission? Or maybe open up an opportunity at the church to feed some people who have less than me? Something has to change.

Change comes when we are no longer comfortable in how things are going. Same old isn’t necessarily the best. It doesn’t have to be drastic. Just a step toward what is right according to God. Bit by bit, when He prompts us to change, and I believe He does, even if it feels strange or scary, it is a good thing to follow through. We can take a small step and see what happens.
