Uniprix Santé Ahmad Hassan held their second annual Winter Gala, inviting loyal and new customers alike for makeup tutorials, refreshments and lots of samples.
Hosted by the pharmacy’s esthetician, Michaela Huska, guests were welcomed with coffee in the morning and champagne in the afternoon, with the opportunity to win prizes in the various draws going on.

Huska said the day is great for showing off the new gift sets for the holidays, while also giving back to the community.
Offering a spread of treats and bites catered by Café 349, customers sipped, snacked and shopped at a steady pace throughout the day. As well, Huska performed makeup tutorials and skin analysis for her customers.
On top of all this, a Facebook contest was also held, where people commented someone’s name who they felt deserved a makeover and their hair done up. Susan Knox came out the lucky winner, after her daughter had entered her name in the draw. While Huska treated Knox to a makeover, Trish Racine of Textures Salon took care of her hair.
