Hello, Emma here!

I’m excited to be joining THE EQUITY’s reporting team this summer.

I was born and raised across the river in Douglas, Ontario, so I am new to the area but familiar with the region.

I am excited to learn about the people who make this place so special.

I have just finished up my third year at Carleton University, where I study journalism and political science.

I am thrilled to join The Equity so I can do more of what I love: meet new people, learn new things, and tell stories.

In my spare time, you can likely find me playing some type of sports or relaxing outside with a book.

I can’t wait to see you around!
