The Fall Main Street Market on Saturday did not disappoint. The vendors and participants were happily shopping on a beautiful fall day. Congratulations to the event organizers, it was a great success.

The Municipality of Shawville will be having a heavy garbage pickup on Wednesday, October 22, for the residents west of Centre Street and on Thursday, October 23, for the residents east of Centre Street.
