Dear Editor,

The article, “Grant paves the way for new Ski Pontiac trail,” by Stephen Riccio, dated Nov. 11, 2020 was very informative and above all most exciting. The new Ski Pontiac administration who took over in the fall of 2018 has done . . .

a tremendous job in carrying on the duties and fun events.

As the creator and co-founder of Ski Pontiac, I wish to extend my sincere thank you to Pine Lodge staff and Ski Pontiac volunteers for taking on this important development extension of the existing cross-country trails in the municipality of Bristol. The increased development of these trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, walking, running and cycling will be a tremendous asset to Bristol and Norway Bay.

Thank you to those who are volunteering their time as well as to those who are donating a few pennies towards the grant. Job well done.

Connie Renaud

Past President Ski Pontiac
