Sunday, Sept. 29 saw friends and family of Ruth Racine gather at Leo Piché Park in Bryson for the . . .

dedication of a park bench in her memory. Local Parish priest Father Michael Goring offered prayers of blessing and dedication that the bench would be a place of relaxation and remembrance of the tireless work that Ruth, who passed away in February of 2017, did as a volunteer in the community. Ruth was instrumental as a volunteer with Bryson Revitalization, in beginning the drive to raise funds for the recently installed new town of Bryson sign.
