On June 14, students from Sainte Marie Elementary school in Quyon gathered outside to plant seeds to grow various vegetables in the school’s garden as part of a theme in their science program. With three separate wooden garden boxes filled with soil, the goal of the project is to promote healthy living to the kids and to teach them about gardening by tracking the growth of their plants.
