I hope everyone had a good week. There are not too many weeks left of winter now.
My daughter Natasha and her husband Sean will be leaving on Tuesday for Costa Rica to celebrate their 20th anniversary. I hope they have a wonderful holiday.
With all this freezing rain and snow this winter we are so lucky to have the Kellys to keep the roads in good condition.
It should be an exciting week this week with my little Westie having her pups. I hope she has an easy delivery.
I took my foal, Angel for a walk the other day down the road to get her used to the traffic. Most people are so considerate whenever they see us on the road and they slow down. It is really appreciated.
I just heard on the news about this little girl with Leukemia. They are looking for stem cell donors. The test is so simple. Just simply swab the inside of your mouth. It is bad enough when adults have cancer but when it comes to kids it just doesn’t seem right.
It’s funny some of the people I meet in my line of work. This weekend when I worked in Kanata I took blood from one of the Senator’s wives.
Don’t forget to get all your seeds planted for your garden. It won’t be long.
I called my two sisters this weekend and they are both doing well.
I must also thank WEPC in Shawville for all the help they have given me any time I need help with my computer. They always do a good job.
Don’t forget about the snowshoeing and skiing this weekend at Pine Lodge put on by Ski Pontiac. Connie Renaud and Shirley Russell put in a lot of their hard work and time to get these events organized. It starts at 1 p.m. on Feb 17. I’m hoping to go.
