The Friends of St. Joseph Manor remembered past and present soldiers. “O Canada” was sung by Lise Larivière which was followed by the reading of the poem “In Flanders Fields” by George Lamothe and Richard Bowie. We were very fortunate to have two guest speakers, George Lamothe (left), a veteran of WWII and the Korean War and Richard Bowie (right), a veteran of WWII. They were pleased to speak to the residents and answered questions of their time overseas.
